Refund Policy
Returns
All full price items (excluding goggle lenses) can be returned for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
We do not offer full refunds on goggle lenses, we only offer store credits for goggle lenses.
Sale items and items purchased under a promotion can be returned for a store credit only. Refunds are not available on orders that contain sale items and items purchased under a promotion. Black Friday sales are included in this.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the day of receiving your item to request a return for a full refund or store credit of equal value to your purchase. This is to ensure the product/s do not incur any damages or wear and tear in that period.
To be eligible for a return, your product/s must be unworn, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it and in all its original casing and packaging.
To return your product/s simply request a return by emailing us at sales@tombstoneeyewear.com and include your:
- Name
- Contact number
- Order number
- Reason for return
If your return request is accepted we will send you a Return Request Form and instructions on how and where to send your packaged product/s. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When sending products back to us, we advise that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product/s, and we unfortunately cannot be responsible for it if it gets lost. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product.
When sending your product/s back to us package the products securely in suitable packaging which will not damage the product/s in transit (eg. a cardboard box or bubble wrap). Remember to include the Return Request Form in the package.
PLEASE NOTE: All purchases made online via tombstoneeyewear.com can only be returned directly through our online store. You cannot return any item purchased through tombstoneeyewear.com at any retailers.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or store credit is approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded the full purchase amount of your returned product/s, to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Store credits will be sent directly via email.
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
- Product/s must be returned to us within 14 days of when it was delivered to you
- Product/s must be in all original casing and packaging, and still in undamaged condition, with protective film still on the lens
- Product/s must not have been used
Please note if the product/s are returned and found to be in poor condition upon examination (which includes wear or sweat marks to the lens, scratches/damage to the lens or any other part of the frame, wear and tear to fabric and product materials) this will void the approval of refund and store credit. In this case the customer is responsible for paying postage for the items to be sent back to them.
Tombstone Eyewear does not cover lens scratches, general wear and tear, mishandling or abuse of any of our products upon use.
Exchanges
At Tombstone Eyewear, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes a change of mind may occur after placing an order, but unfortunately, once an item has been shipped, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind. Therefore, we kindly request that you carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
Our policy aims to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery to our customers. Once an order has been confirmed and the item(s) have been dispatched from our warehouse, the process of shipping and handling begins. This includes the use of various resources, personnel, and logistical arrangements.
However, please note that we do offer exchanges in the following circumstances:
- Defective or damaged products: If the item(s) you receive are defective or damaged, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or suitable solution as per our warranty policy.
- Incorrect Item shipped: In the event that we have inadvertently shipped the wrong item, please notify our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the order. We will rectify the situation by arranging for the correct item to be shipped to you, along with return instructions for the incorrect item.
We highly recommend reviewing the product descriptions, specifications, size charts (if applicable), and any other relevant information provided on our website before making a purchase. This will help ensure that the selected item meets your requirements and expectations.
