Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Tombstone Eyewear. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped from our Tombstone Eyewear HQ in Sydney, Australia. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days.

Standard Shipping in Australia is approximately 1-7 business days.

Express Shipping in Australia is approximately 1-3 business days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Our products are shipped exclusively through Australia Post. While we ensure swift processing and dispatch, please note that delivery times are subject to Australia Post's discretion, beyond our influence. Should any delays or shipment hiccups arise, rest assured, we are committed to promptly addressing any concerns or issues our valued customers may encounter.

We offer FREE Standard shipping on all orders across Australia over $90.00

Standard shipping on all orders across Australia under $90.00 is $9.95

Express shipping on all orders across Australia is $14.95.

Standard International shipping & International Express shipping will be calculated at checkout. 

International Express shipping is free with every full price goggle purchase.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number/s. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Tombstone Eyewear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Missing parcels 

We take no responsibility for any missing parcels when the sender has made a request with the courier for the parcel to be 'left in a safe place'.

Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct. The buyer holds all responsibility for stolen, or lost delivery as a result of input of wrong shipment information.
